Newell postponed again…doubleheader tonight at Big I

In Wednesday’s other Area IV semifinal, Pineville and Newell were rained out for a second straight day and will play a 5 p.m. doubleheader at Independence High School. A Wal-Mart was proposed July 17 at the quarterly developer’s meeting. The store is part of a commercial development near the Albemarle Road and Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road intersection.
